It's been just over a week since the Love Island final, and sob, we miss it! Totally lost at 9pm every night. The funny conversations, the couplings and uncouplings, the fights and the fab beach fashion – we miss it all! You might imagine that all the contestants were super body confident on the hit show, strutting around in their swimwear with toned tummies and muscles everywhere, but that's not so for one of the show's winners. Yep, the gorgeous Jack Fincham has revealed how he nearly quit Love Island before he entered the villa due to nerves surrounding his body confidence.

Jack appeared on Good Morning Britain and told hosts Kate Garraway and Ranvir Singh how he differed from the other contestants. He explained how he feared there would be 'abs and biceps everywhere' as he'd seen the show before.

The loveable character, who found love on Love Island with Dani Dyer, said: "Just before I went in there I was a bit like, "I can't do it, I can't do it' but then I thought, 'Do you know what, this is a big opportunity, just go for it and use your personality'. So I just went in, I went for it. But I was so body conscious going in there at the start and as it went on I was being more free with my body."

Love you Jack! We can't even imagine the entire nation watching us in our bikinis for eight weeks.

Jack added: "I think everyone's beautiful in their own way. Everyone's got something about them that's attractive to somebody else. Everyone that's there sort of deserves a chance to find love, so don't think too much into, 'Oh, I haven't been to the gym' - just go for it."
