Myleene Klass' fitness app: My Body by Myleene

Myleene always looks super toned so it's no surprise that she created her own workout app.

The 12-week home workout programme includes three different workout styles for a full-body workout, broken down into three phases and gets progressively more challenging as you go.

Each week you will carry out 3 x 30-minute workouts with the option of adding an additional workout of your choice. The three workout styles are 'MyPower' (up-tempo fat-burning cardio workouts), 'MyStrength' (functional loaded movement exercises using a 3.5KG Sandbell) and 'MyCore' (slow tempo core work with adapted Pilates and yoga moves).
