Ruth Langsford has reached yet another impressive fitness achievement, posting on Instagram that she walked almost 25,000 steps on Sunday.
Hitting those daily step goals can be even harder now that many of us are working from home and/or living under lockdown restrictions, but Ruth is continuing to provide fitness inspiration to fans and, over the weekend, the 60-year-old achieved her 'personal best' at an impressive 24,005 steps.

The This Morning presenter and Loose Women host uploaded a short clip on her Instagram as she zoomed in on her pedometer.

She also uploaded a video that showed her walking past Hampton Court Palace with her dog (Maggie) earlier in the day. The video was captioned, "Beautiful walk along the river by Hampton Court Palace and through the park today."

There was excitement when Ruth hit 18,702 steps that same day and she captioned her Instagram story with a gif that said, 'Hell yes!' Almost 5,000 steps later (at 24,005 steps) and Ruth captioned the post, "My personal best!!!", sharing her excitement with her 984k followers.

Ruth is known for being a fitness enthusiast. She regularly saves content of herself exercising on her 'Keep Fit' highlights on Instagram and has been increasing the number of steps she does steadily since reaching 10,000 steps around two years ago.
This workout milestone is the latest Ruth has reached recently. In July, the Loose Women host posted a video of herself doing the skipping challenge she had set herself, where she talked about how she had skipped more than 100 times without a break.
