Joe Wicks and his wife Rosie share two young children, but fans will be surprised to hear that the couple don't have huge stockpiles of nappies hidden somewhere in the house, like most parents. On his Instagram Stories, The Body Coach revealed they use reusable cloth nappies on their son Marley, which were previously used by his older sister Indie.

Joe Wicks gave fans a glimpse at his impressive reusable nappy collection

"We used them with Indie 90% of the time and then used the occasional disposable one. She has just stopped as she is potty trained but we are now using them all over again with Marley," he captioned the video. Picking a pretty Baba + Boo leopard print design from the towering pile in the washing basket, Joe explained: "They're really good for the environment. You put the liners in, they do their business, you take them out, stick it in the washing machine and repeat." The one-size reusable nappies come in an array of cute designs including bears and sunflowers, and they cost just £14.95 - so we imagine a significant cost-saving option in the long-term!

And that's not the only planet-friendly baby product the doting dad owns; he also revealed they have recently been gifted with reusable wipes from Cheeky Wipes. Joe opened up a blue container filled with colourful microfibre cloths and said: "You soak the cloth in some water and you add some essential oils so it smells really lovely and fresh. Give it a little rinse and use it to clean up mess on your hands or bum, then you wash it." How clever! The entire kit, including 25 washable baby wipes, the storage container, travel bag and essential oil baby solution, is available to buy for £29.95.

Joe has previously been open about wanting to expand his family, so he may have plenty more time to make use of his reusable nappies and wipes. The fitness trainer recently confessed on his Wean In 15 Instagram page whilst "high on morphine" – his own words on his Instagram Stories – that he is broody and wants a total of five children! The TV personality went on to say that he'd asked Rosie if they could start trying for a baby the following day, and she'd told him "next year".
