Willow Smith, 21, made it onto the property market at age 19, and her jaw-dropping Malibu pad is nothing like her family home where her father Will Smith and mother Jada Pinkett-Smith live.

While the interior design is very beautiful throughout, it's the surrounding views that really make this place special. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the open-plan living space ensure the picturesque vistas are taken full advantage of – and they are truly stunning.

Willow's home is a modern haven

Despite living alone, Willow has four bedrooms and four bathrooms at her abode, so plenty of room for having guests over.

The I am Legend star's home is also eco-friendly with solar panels, a water recycling system and electric car charging ports.

On a YouTube video of her house tour shared by Famous Entertainment, one fan remarked: "Willow has great taste. Her space is light and airy, and has a peaceful vibe. The architectural style is very different from her parents' home. I like it!" Another penned: "I prefer her simple waterfront paradise to her parents' compound."

While Will and his family have an extensive property portfolio, their main residence is in the Santa Monica Mountains and it's an enchanting home with interior influences from all over the world.

The entrance to their home sets the scene for the beauty of what’s to come with its double-height wooden doors stealing the show. The grand doors themselves feature wood panelling and ornate details and on either side of the doors luscious plants have been placed giving a villa vibe to their property.

The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star reportedly spent $42million (£32.3million) on the impressive home and it has even appeared on the cover of Architectural Digest.
