The Duke and Duchess of Westminster stepped out at Westminster Park in Chester on Tuesday to mark the park's 80th anniversary.

The couple, who tied the knot at Westminster Cathedral in 2024, were guests at the afternoon event, which showcased the range of sports clubs and community organisations that use the park.

Talking about the importance of the green space, the 35-year-old 7th Duke of Westminster said on the day: "The park supports physical health, mental wellbeing and connection across generations, often in ways people probably don't even stop to think about."

Hugh looked incredibly smart for the occasion, wearing a stone-hued jacket, pink shirt and navy blue trousers. Meanwhile, his beautiful wife Olivia rocked a fabulous pair of yellow trousers, a grey military-style jacket under which she wore a long-sleeved white blouse. Completing her look, the Duchess added a pair of orange heeled sandals.

Changing times

The outing comes just hours after it was revealed that Hugh is on the verge of a £700 million sale after inheriting a more than 340-year-old family empire.

The Duke's property company, the Grosvenor Group, is reportedly looking to sell its US real estate assets worth millions, according to multiple outlets.

The company's chief executive, James Raynor, said that the real estate portfolio will be sold "over a period of time", as per Bloomberg. According to the reports, the sale comes after the group recorded a loss of £108 million in the North America region last year, with a total revenue loss of £23.2 million worldwide in 2025.

The group's website lists multiple US properties across Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Washington that are in "well-connected locations that benefit from strong demographic and economic fundamentals". The company also boasts an impressive London portfolio, with significant property in Mayfair and Belgravia.

Expanding family

While the pair have put on a professional front when it comes to work, at home, they are no doubt in their baby bubble with their baby daughter, Cosima, whom the pair welcomed last July.

A statement released at the time read: "The Duke and Duchess of Westminster are thrilled to announce the birth of their baby daughter.

"They have named her Cosima Florence Grosvenor, who was born in London today, 27 July. Both the Duchess and Cosima are doing well. The Duke and Duchess now look forward to spending this special time together as a family."
