It's been fifteen years since the Prince and Princess of Wales married in Westminster Abbey, but Kate's adorable bridal party looks very different today.

New photos have emerged of Queen Camilla enjoying a shopping trip with her sister Annabel Elliot, 77, daughter Laura Lopes, 48, and granddaughter Eliza, 18. The family outing to the Scottish village of Ballater coincides with King Charles and Queen Camilla beginning their summer break at nearby Balmoral Castle.

This marked one of the few times Eliza has stepped into the spotlight since the royal wedding, showing off a marked transformation in her appearance. The teenager towered over her grandmother, who is considered one of the taller women of the royal family at five feet nine inches tall.

Eliza dressed her slender frame in low-slung 90s jeans held up with a brown leather belt, paired with a button-up black shirt and a bright red padded bomber jacket with a vintage gold print. She chose forest-green trainers and sunglasses for her final accessories, securing her dark blonde hair in a casual ponytail.

Meanwhile, Camilla chose a low-key outfit for the occasion, wearing blue jeans, a navy V-neck jumper and a green jacket with a contrasting corduroy collar.

The shopping trip appeared to be successful, as they emerged from clothes shops selling Scottish cashmere and bookshops holding several bags.

Eliza's role in Prince William and Princess Kate's wedding

Eliza Lopes, the daughter of Laura Lopes, served as one of four young bridesmaids at the Prince and Princess of Wales' royal wedding on 29 April 2011.

Aged just three at the time, Eliza was pictured joining Kate's sister Pippa Middleton in the car from the Goring Hotel, where she waved at crowds. However, the attention later got too much, and she was spotted being comforted by Prince Harry, who distracted her with a pink wiggly worm toy.

It remained visible as she joined the newlyweds for their official portrait at Buckingham Palace. Dressed in a Nicki Macfarlane puff-sleeve dress with her name and the wedding date secretly embroidered on the inner lining, Eliza held Queen Camilla's hand while secretly keeping hold of the toy with the other hand.

Queen Camilla later made light of the moment during an engagement in Wiltshire. "Did you see the wiggly worm? That was the funniest thing," Camilla told the Daily Mail.

"I can’t believe no one has spotted it. I was so worried about Eliza. She is such a lovely little thing and looked so gorgeous in her dress, but it was a very big occasion for a child of her age."

She added: "Harry pulled this wiggly worm out of his pocket in the carriage to keep them amused. Eliza loved it so much that she wouldn’t let go.

"Can you believe it? She was holding onto my finger but in her other hand was this worm."
