The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited Lahore for on the fourth day of their Pakistan tour, travelling there by RAF Voyager. William and Kate made stops at the Badshahi mosque, Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre and the National Cricket Academy while in the city.
The Duchess had two outfit changes, wearing a white custom shalwar kameez by Pakistani brand Gul Ahmed with nude pumps and her Mulberry clutch. She later swapped her heels for a pair of plimsolls to show off her sporting skills during a game of cricket. Kate changed her outfit to a stunning green shalwar kameez with matching headscarf by Maheen Khan to visit the mosque.
Their final stop of the day was to the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital, which Princess Diana previously visited during her trips to Pakistan. William and Kate met young patients during the moving visit and the Duchess was even giving a plastic tiara from one little girl, as she hosted a tea party on her bed.
