Once again, Susanna Reid is setting the bar for autumnal dressing. A fan of a flattering high street dress, Susanna's latest outfit oozes style, sophistication and how easy it can be to look chic.
Susanna's polka dot dress was waist cinching, had long sleeves and a swishing, flirty skit that falls to the knee. If you thought polka dots were only for spring and summer, Susanna's dress is here to prove they're just as wearable for autumn too.

What I love most about Susanna's dress, though, is that it's floral, without being boring. The larger, light pink florals are more tropical than twee, and I love how the colours coordinate; chic, glam and easy to wear.

The burgundy spot design is giving an autumnal aesthetic; burgundy is forever on trend for this time of year, and a great alternative if you find black too harsh or brown isn't for you. The warmer shade adds warmth to skin tones, and can be paired with gold jewellery.
I am always here for a long sleeved dress too, as I think they add an air of elegance. This could easily be worn alone, or layered under a knitted tank top or over shirt, allowing the collar to pop above the neckline.
