Simone Biles took to Instagram to impress fans with some of her "october favorites," as she put it.
The pro gymnast, 29, shared a collection of photos on her Instagram page documenting the past months, from moments on the field with husband Jonathan Owens to sweet family milestones.
She included several snaps of herself embracing the Indianapolis Colts safety, 31, who started a new NFL season. And in particular, stunned with a red-hot bikini photo.
Simone showed off her gymnastics-toned physique in a bright red string bikini covered in sequin paillettes, paired with jewelry, her belly button piercing, and her hair down to her waist.
But it was the last snap in her photo dump that moved fans, which saw the Olympian pose with her younger sister Adria Biles, who sported a growing baby bump. Adria, 27, announced in September that she was expecting her first child, a baby boy.
Fans inundated Simone with congratulatory messages for the family. "Yay, congratulations to your baby sis," one gushed, with another saying: "Awww you're going to be an Auntie. Congratulations to your sister," and a third adding: "Congrats on being an aunt."
The record-setting gymnast has been open about her own desire to have kids one day with Jonathan and start a family, although has been candid about the challenges of balancing pushing her body with gymnastics and having babies.
In an Instagram Ask Me Anything Simone did after her engagement, she responded to a fan's question about whether they'll have kids: "God willing one day, but taking everything one step at a time. Definitely future plans."
"So, I want two kids. He always says he wants a football team, but he usually says three. We'll see," she quipped.
During an appearance on NBC's TODAY back in 2024, Simone confirmed that she and her NFL star husband "most definitely" envision themselves as parents and were "always" having conversations about it.
However, they both had personal goals they wanted to meet first before getting to that point. "We both have goals we'd like to achieve before starting a family," she explained, though playfully noted that Jonathan "would have had [kids] yesterday if he could have."
The question of welcoming a child weighed especially heavily as Simone considered returning to gymnastics for a shot at the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. "Because I've accomplished so much, there's almost nothing left to do, rather than to just be snobby and to try again and for what?," she told Sports Illustrated of the stakes involved.
"If you go back, you'll be greedy. Those are the consequences. But that's also your decision to decide. What sacrifices would be made if I go back now? When you're younger, it's like, prom, college. Now it's like, starting a family, being away from my husband. What's really worth it?"
