British boxer Sir Henry Cooper has passed away at the age of 76.
The former British heavyweight champion garnered a host of accolades during his lifetime including an OBE, before being knighted.
He once famously knocked down Muhammad Ali who later said that he "had hit him so hard that his ancestors in Africa felt it."
Three-time world heavyweight champion Muhammad described his sadness at Cooper's death. He said: "I am at a loss for words over the death of my friend, Henry Cooper."
He added: "Henry always had a smile for me; a warm and embracing smile. It was always a pleasure being in Henry's company. He was a great fighter and a gentleman."
