Nicole Kidman says marriage to Tom was 'fantastic'

Nicole Kidman may be happily married to Keith Urban, but she still has fond memories of her previous marriage.

Nicole split with Tom Cruise in 2001 after a ten-year marriage to the Hollywood star.

She may agree that it was never meant to be, but she has no regrets in marrying the Mission Impossible actor.

She said: "I married really fast and really young. But I don't regret that because it got me (children) Bella and Connor and I did have a fantastic marriage for a long period."

She added: "There were times following (the divorce) when I thought, 'Wow, this is the loneliest, loneliest existence'."

"But with Tom, it was a fantastic decade."
