'Wear your seatbelt': David Arquette tweets after crash

David Arquette was rushed to hospital over the weekend after his involvement in a head-on car collision in West Hollywood.

The star was forced to swerve into an oncoming vehicle after the car in front of him stopped suddenly on Saturday.

However the 39-year-old was luckily left with little more than bruises and tweeted concerned fans from his hospital bed.

He wrote on Twitter: "Remember to wear your seatbelt - wish I was."

The actor - who is currently separated from wife Courtney Cox - added in a nod to Charlie Sheen: "I got into a car accident but I'm fine. Luckily I have dragon's blood running through my veins. Haha thank you for all your concern."
