Heidi Klum to Seal the deal by taking husband's name
German supermodel Heidi Klum has reportedly filed legal papers to take on the surname of husband Seal - full name, Seal Henry Olusegun Kwassi Olumide Adeola Samuel.
The blonde beauty - who married the singer in 2005 - is said to have submitted documents to a Los Angeles court on Monday
It's an exciting time for the Victoria's Secret model. She is due to give birth to her fourth child - a baby girl - any day now.
Soon to be Heidi Samuel, the 36-year-old is already mum to daughter Leni from her relationship with Italian tycoon Flavio Briatore, and her sons with Seal, Henry and Johan.
