Both fabulous in their 40s, the Hollywood stars looked stunning as they attended the Glamour Women Of The Year Awards in New York.

Songstress J Lo, 42, dazzled in a silver embellished full length gown that featured a dramatic upper thigh split.

Meanwhile, Friends star Jen, also 42, opted for her trademark colour - black.

But the dark-hued dress was spiced up by its sexy low-cut neckline and leg-baring sheer panel.

They were joined by other famous faces including Jessica Alba, who showed off her enviable post-pregnancy physique, Glee actress Lea Michele and rising star Emma Stone.
