Charlie Sheen charged with assault on wife
Spin City actor Charlie Sheen has been charged with a felony menacing charge and two misdemeanors, following the alleged assault of his wife, Brooke Mueller.
The judge has eased the terms of a restraining order, however, so the actor may now return home to Brooke and their twin baby boys.
Charlie was accompanied by his wife for the court hearing, which stemmed from an argument the couple had on Christmas Day.
"Charlie and Brooke kissed and hugged and looked pretty happy to get beyond this hurdle,” Brooke's lawyer tells People.
