Newlywed Zara Phillips larks around on yacht with a friend.

TV presenter Natalie Pinkham came a cropper when she tried out her sea legs and was forced to beg a helping hand off the royal. 

Zara had left her new husband Mike Tindall on dry land, but it was all for a good cause.

She was taking part in a charity race with Hollywood actor Ewan McGregor. 

The pair are competing against each other in the Artemis Challenge, a 50-mile race around the Isle of Wight during the Cowes week regatta. 

They have each been joined by 12 crew members on board the 18-metre yachts, which are the sailing equivalent of an F1 car.

Five teams are battling for a £100,000 prize which will go to the winning crew's nominated charity.
