Steven Gerrard's adorable girls melt hearts at Anfield
Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard took the opportunity to show off his two young daughters before playing a match against Italian side Fiorentina, on Wednesday.
Adorable in mini versions of their dad's famous red strip, little Lilly-Ella, 5, and Lexie, 3, clung to their father as they were greeted by the crowd of approximately 45,000 fans.
Perhaps the dad-of-two - whose wife Alex Curran was also on the sidelines to cheer him on - was hoping his daughters would bring a spot of good luck for the game ahead.
Fortune didn't smile on the England player however as his team lost 2-1.
