As Michael Jackson works hard to perfect the top secret move billed as a rival to his legendary moonwalk, an American producer is threatening to derail the singer's 02 gigs, reports The Guardian.
New Jersey-based AllGood Entertainment Inc is considering suing the king of pop for breach of contract. The company is alleging that Michael is barred from performing in concert until a Jackson family reunion gig takes place in July 2010.
The lawsuit would be based on a claim that Michael agreed not to do any other concerts before the Jackson Five comeback.
AEG Live, the promoter behind the 50-date set of London gigs, is confident they'll go ahead, however, with its CEO, Randy Philips, saying the Thriller artist is spending four days a week in rehearsals.
The resulting £12 million spectacular will include 22 set changes and “take the audience on an entertainment experience only imagined in dreams or big-budget motion pictures,” he promises
