Community service for Sean Penn after snapper scuffle

Hollywood actor Sean Penn has been ordered to carry out 300 hours of community service following a scuffle with a photographer.

The Milk actor pleaded no contest to vandalism after being filmed attacking the paparazzo last year.

He will also be subject to three years probation and have to undergo 36 hours of anger management counselling.

The 49-year-old's charity work for Haiti, which he has already been carrying out, will count towards his community service hours.
