Jack Tweed has said he will battle any moves by Jade Goody's mum to block him seeing the late star's children.
Jackiey Budden is reportedly launching a High Court bid to stop the 22-year-old having contact with Bobby, six, and Freddie, four, after becoming worried about his partying ways.
"Of course I'll fight an injunction. I wouldn't let it happen," says Jack.
Jade wanted her husband to play a part in her boy's lives. Before her death in March, she is understood to have written a clause into her will allowing Jack access to her two sons.
