Graham Norton taking over Jonathan Ross' radio show

It's hard to imagine who would be able to fill the shoes of cheeky presenter Jonathan Ross.

But the position has been filled for his BBC Radio 2 show, with an equally charismatic star.

Graham Norton is due to take on the role, a BBC spokesperson has confirmed.

Graham is said to be "thrilled" by the new position as host of his own show with live music and celebrity guests.

He is due to start the new slot on October 2.
