Lady Gaga has topped the Forbes list of 'Best Paid Celebrities Under 30' despite recently revealing her Monsters Ball world tour left her bankrupt.

The 25-year-old singer - who earlier this year knocked Oprah Winfrey off the top spot in the Forbes 100 list of the most powerful celebrities - has reportedly earned $90 million in the last year.

Justin Bieber, the youngest person on the list at 17, came second having earned $53 million.

Among the mix of sports stars and musicians, country singer and actress Taylor Swift, 21, was fifth with her estimated earnings for the year put at $45 million.

Taylor just out earned Katy Perry, who made $44 million, while 29-year-old Beyonce came ahead of Rihanna in eighth place.

Twilight stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart shared 15th place with earnings of $20 million each.
