Blade actor Wesley Snipes is looking at a three-year jail sentence after losing an appeal against his conviction for tax offences.
A court of appeals in Atlanta ruled that a three-year term in federal prison was appropriate, after lawyers for the star had argued the sentence was "unreasonable."
Back in 2008, Wesley was found guilty of deliberately failing to file tax returns for 1999, 2000 and 2001.
He earned more than $37 million in the period between 1999-2004.
The 47-year-old actor was sentenced in April 2008 and began an appeal a month later.
It is not known when his prison sentence would start.
