Lily Allen makes a rare appearance with her big sister
Having established their very own vintage boutique, Lily Allen and her sister Sarah Owen have officially joined the ranks of the British fashion pack.
So it came as little surprise to see them in the front row at London Fashion Week show on Tuesday.
Bundled up in a warm winter coat that covered her baby bump, Lily and her elder sibling made a rare public appearance together to see the latest designs from Issa.
