Mariah Carey's post-pregnancy exercise regime continued as the soulful singer stepped out for an evening jog with five of her Jack Russells.

The 41-year-old tweeted a picture of herself dressed in a turqoise tracksuit and looking as fit as ever.

The star, who captioned the picture 'Jogging puppystyle!', gave birth to twins Morroco and Monroe in April of this year.

Just a few weeks ago, the star also posted a picture of herself in the middle of an ocean workout. 

Despite her currently active regime, Mariah claims pregnancy was, "a really difficult time. [Being] pregnant with twins is different to anything.

"My body went through so much - you have to keep those twins in as long as possible, but it's a sacrifice you make for them."

Despite her sufferings, however, the musical superstar looks healthy and ready to take on her next project - possibly as a mentor on the US X Factor.
