Former Friends star Courteney Cox Arquette is returning to work on US series Cougar Town, after taking time off for a "family matter".
The actress will be back on set next Monday, following an already-planned break for Thanksgiving, her producers have confirmed.
Although no further details of the actress' sudden absence have been revealed, Courteney's spokesperson says she and her family are fine.
Of her latest small screen role, Courteney has said she loves playing divorced single mum Jules Cobb even more than she did starring as mother hen, and compulsive cleaner, Monica Geller in Friends.
