Motherhood hasn't changed Billie Piper

Most mothers are quick to tell you how the arrival of a baby has changed them into a different person.

But Billie Piper bucks the trend, saying she's by all accounts still the same since welcoming one-year-old son Winston.

"It's probably because I've gone back to work," says the actress, pictured with her son in December 2008. "So I'm endlessly reminded of who I was before.

She does, however, admit: "I do feel feel I can't be as reckless and spontaneous as I was, but that's the only difference.

"I don't feel as if I've got some new profound sense of what the world's all about."
