Alexandra Burke and Duffy top 2008 sales charts
Sales figures show Duffy and Alexandra were last year's top-selling musicians in the UK. The X Factor winner sold 888,000 copies of her single Hallelujah while Duffy's debut album Rockferry topped the year-end chart with sales of 1.685 million
