Navy called to George Clooney's Italian villa after WWII bombs found
Military experts were called to recover a deadly arsenal of unexploded wartime bombs found in the waters outside Hollywood star George Clooney's Italian lakeside home.
Hand grenades, mortars and aircraft bombs were found deep in the waters of Lake Como, just 14 metres from the Up in the Air actor's villa.
George, last spotted enjoying a beach holiday with girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis (pictured), was not believed to be in the area at the time.
