X-Factor judge Simon Cowell has slipped to 10th place in Forbes' Highest-Paid Celebrities list.
The media mogul is worth an estimated £57 million, meaning that his 2011 earnings have stayed exactly the same as those in 2010, resulting in a slip from 9th to 10th place.
American chat show queen Oprah Winfrey took the title, cashing in first place with earnings of £104 million between May 2011 and 2012.
Transformers director Michael Bay came second with £101 million.
Steven Spielberg took the third spot after success with films War Horse and The Adventures of Tintin, which brought him estimated earnings of £82 million.
Simon's current season of the UK X Factor has suffered in viewing ratings in comparison to last year's show, and his US version did not receive as wide an audience as predicted.
