She might be heavily pregnant, but Lily Allen didn't let the fact she has a big bump get in the way of her Halloween fun!

The singer posted a snap on Twitter of her blooming belly and a pumpkin she had carved out.

"Me, bump and pumpkin, I did it last night during X-factor." she wrote.

Lily has been taking things easy as she and husband, Sam Cooper, wait for the arrival of their first child.

In recent days, the Twitter-friendly star has been keeping fans up to date with lots of baby banter.

She told of her nerves ahead of a baby shower with family and friends, saying: "En route to baby shower, bit scared!" 

Lily also revealed that her husband has been poking fun at her burgeoning bump.

"My husband just called me his 'little Fat Controller' – like off of Thomas the Tank Engine!"
