Desperate Housewives star Nicolette Sheridan swapped the manicured lawns of Wisteria Lane for some new turf Down Under this week as she stepped out in Sydney in her role as the face of a local lingerie label.

On the lawn of a roof-top garden, with the city's most famous landmark in the background, the pretty blonde actress got busy with a few 'domestic chores', giving some of the fashion label's frilly undies an airing.
The 43-year-old actress, who was wearing a thigh-skimming white lace sun-dress for the summer outing, was making the most of a Thanksgiving break from filming in the US.
Last year she filmed a TV ad for the same brand, in which she spoofed her Desperate Housewives character's man-eating antics. "We've had a lot of laughs," says the actress, who was accompanied on her trip to Australia by her fiancé Michael Bolton.
