Charlotte Church's £500,000 pad must be one of the most desirable residences in Cardiff. Hot on the heels of news that she's fitted it with a karaoke machine for rugby love Gavin Henson comes the revelation that the Crazy Chick singer plans to install a £30,000, state-of-the art gym.
The 19-year-old is converting her double garage into a workout zone where the 23-year-old Wales international can pump iron. Charlotte's generous gesture is a gift for the sporting hunk's 24th birthday on February 1, although she'll also be making use of it herself. Gavin's promised to help with her fitness regime as an unofficial personal trainer.
As a sign of his commitment to the teen singer, the sportsman is said to be putting his own £300,000 house on the market. Charlotte's mum, Maria - who has been vocal in her lack of enthusiasm for some of her daughter's boyfriends in the past - has given her seal of approval to the couple's plans. "They talked about living together for some time and now it's happened," she said. "Charlotte's really happy. Everything is going well."
