With speculation mounting over a possible engagement between William and Kate, interest in the couple's future living arrangements also grows. The pair have been spotted visiting the Harewood House estate in Herefordshire which the Prince of Wales is currently renovating.
Work on the £5-million property is due to be finished in 2010, by which time Charles' elder son will have finished his military training and be looking to settle down.
There may be another contender for the role of Harewood squire, however, as Harry has also spent time at the estate, working with carpenters and a stone mason when he was grounded there after a fancy dress incident.
