Bruce Willis celebrated his 60th birthday on Saturday with a star-studded party in New York. The actor was joined by friends and family including his wife Emma Heming-Willis, who documented the milestone celebrations on her Instagram page.

"It's fair to say the birthday boy had a great time #BWBirthdayBash," she wrote alongside pictures of the duo cuddling up in a photobooth.

The 36-year-old later shared another photo of herself dancing with her husband, writing: "At least someone was taking pics. Thank you @jmtaekman #BWBirthdayBash".

Bruce's daughters Tallulah Willis and Scout Willis joined their dad for his birthday celebrations, while Tony Bennett and Keith Richards also attended the party at New York restaurant Harlow.

The actor's eldest daughter Rumer was unable to attend because she is currently starring in Dancing with the Stars, but she did pay tribute to her dad in a touching Instagram post.

"To the slickest guy I know, Happy 60th Papa. I love you so much. Thank you for teaching me how to be as fun, smart and goofy as you. I am so grateful to call you my dad," she wrote.

Bruce Willis and his wife Emma Heming-Willis celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary

Just days earlier, the proud father joined his ex-wife Demi Moore to cheer on the 26-year-old as she topped the leaderboard with her professional partner Val Chmerkovskiy on the TV show.

Bruce's birthday celebrations coincided with his and Emma's sixth wedding anniversary, and the loved-up model marked the occasion with another sweet Instagram snap of her kissing the Die Hard actor.

"Happy 6th Anniversary to the man that still makes me feel like a newlywed #MyTrueLove", she captioned the photo.

Bruce and Emma tied the knot in 2009 and have two children together – two-year-old Mabel Ray and 20-month-old Evelyn Penn.

The actor is currently preparing for his Broadway debut after it was announced that he will play the protagonist in a stage-adaption of Misery for a limited time this autumn.
