Cheryl's personal life has been making headlines recently, following reports that she has welcomed her baby with boyfriend Liam Payne. But on Thursday she returned to Instagram to shift the focus onto a project close to her heart. The star, who has not posted on the social media site since New Year's Eve, shared a message with fans to celebrate her successful partnership with The Prince's Trust. It read: "I am so happy and excited to tell you that after a 5 year relationship with @PrincesTrust and a 2 year mission along with Cheryl's Trust we have finally found a centre in the heart of Newcastle that will be opened this summer! Part of me is still pinching myself!"

The 33-year-old continued: "I wanted to say a personal thank you to each and every one of you that got involved and donated money and items / your time over the years to help me get this off the ground. Thank you thank you thank you! And for your continued love and support, I am eternally grateful. Here's to changing lives. I love you."
Fans were quick to celebrate the singer's success. Within one hour, the post had racked up more than 14,000 likes, and had garnered a host of comments from her Instagram followers. "Well done Cheryl! Giving back to your home town it what it is all about x," one wrote. Another added: "Nearly cried reading this. I am so proud gal, I love youuuu", while a third said: "So happy you have done it in Newcastle. You have never forgot about your home and the support people need @cherylofficial x."
Cheryl debuted her baby bump when she stepped out with Liam Payne in November
So far, both Cheryl and Liam have refused to comment on reports that they have welcomed their first child. But speculation reached an all-time high this week thanks to her former Girls Aloud bandmates Kimberley Walsh and Sarah Harding. Both stars posted Instagram tributes to the pregnant star, seemingly without explanation. Kimberley was first, sharing a snapshot of her and Cheryl together at the Brits five days ago. Then, on Tuesday – Valentine's Day – Sarah posted a photo montage of her and Cheryl together. "#Valentines #spesh #GA #saryl #kisses to the #missus… #tour banter #good #times," she wrote in the caption.
It comes one week after Liam, 23, was spotted arriving back in the UK from LA last Wednesday, prompting fans to speculate that Cheryl was due to give birth. One Twitter follower wrote: "Hold up, Cheryl is having the baby NOW?" Another fan noted: "Cheryl has been gone from social media for over a month. I'm pretty sure that means she's gonna have this baby soon." [sic] A social media user mused: "Wait is Cheryl in labour? Why do I keep seeing things about her baby?"
