On Dancing With The Stars, Julianne Hough is known for her glamorous appearances, rocking a red lip, a striking cat-eye, or a dazzling bronzer – sometimes all at once.
But the dancer-turned-TV personality is equally as stunning without the makeup, as she showed on August 28 in a fun video revealing her pre-glam routine.
The video used a clip from Justin Timberlake's "Sexy Back" and saw a pre-glam Julianne rocking a white robe and eye mask patches with gorgeous glowing skin, before she fake-punched the phone screen, and a dolled-up Julianne appeared, wearing a gorgeous gunmetal grey Monse dress. The gorgeous fit was later shared on Instagram, with Julianne teasing "exciting things' coming that she "'can't wait to share".
"After a beautiful summer of travel, presence, and really soaking it all in, we’re ramping up for a new season of @dancingwiththestars and some very exciting things I can’t wait to share soon," she wrote.
"As life starts to get busy again, I’m reminding myself that presence doesn’t have to disappear just because the pace picks up."
"Life is delicious. I want to taste all of it," she concluded, adding a peach emoji.
Her new ventures come as she winds down from a delicious summer of travel, enjoying sun-soaked vacations across the globe during which she celebrated her 38th birthday and spent time on a girls' getaway to Italy, and giving us, and fans, total bikini-envy.
In one compilation video from the girls' trip to Sardinia, Julianne modeled a variety of tiny two-pieces while she jumped from cliffs, lounged on yachts, and soaked up the sun beachside.
One photo showed the dancer and actress relaxing on a beach chair in a white string bikini, while another highlighted her toned stomach as she gazed out to the coast wearing a tiny dark two-piece.
Proving her closet must be full of beach-ready sets, one striking image saw her rock a tiny red string bikini.
Julianne maintains her dancer's physique with a consistent blend of Pilates, yoga, weight training, and dance-based workouts. She also follows a healthy diet, which includes drinking plenty of water, but her focus has always remained on health from the inside out.
In 2020 she launched her own fitness program, Kinrgy, that emphasizes the four elements of air, earth, fire and water through movement.
"We are all technically nature by nature. There are so many shamanic teachings that use the elements, too. Tai chi and Qigong were also big parts of creating this modality through different energies and body positions," she shared at the time.
"Activating the breath [is] a huge part, too, because when you change breath patterns and sounds, you can change your body frequency and move stagnant energy."
"Usually in fitness and health, we're always concerned about looking at the 3-D versions of ourselves, our physical bodies. But when we look at the energetic body of how we feel and what we evoke, that's what I think true beauty is," she told LA Mag.
"It's just an added bonus because most people who feel incredible, look amazing and radiate from the inside out."
