Hollywood beauties who absolutely nailed the 'naked dress' trend

Teyana Taylor was simply a vision attending the Schiaparelli Haute Couture Week Spring/Summer 2026 show as part of Paris Fashion Week back in January. 

Making the cobbled streets of the French capital her runway, the Oscar nominee paired her full lace sheer gown complete with a floor-length structured coat.

The only accessory worthy of this look was a dazzling pearl tiara placed on the actress' head, her platforms elevating her heavenly look. 

The American actress, who shot to fame in the Hunger Games franchise, certainly fed our sartorial appetites with her 2026 Golden Globes gown. 

The floral masterpiece was a chic contribution to the beloved 'naked dress' archives, with the Die My Love actress slipping into a custom masterpiece by Givenchy, designed by Sarah Burton, featuring nude mesh, side cutouts, a plunging neckline, and hand-embroidered floral details.

As for accessories, the Oscar winner added a matching powder pink satin overcoat, Swarovski diamond jewellery, a vintage 1916 Longines watch, and a custom embroidered clutch - simply divine!

We couldn't do a round-up of the best 'naked dresses' without mentioning this resplendent all-lace gown worn by the Oscar winner at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party this year.

The killer creation was a perfect ensemble created by Karla Gil.

The ethereal piece was a sheer lace long-sleeve top featuring pleated cups and a flowing, camera-ready gown complete with a draped satin skirt.

Da'Vine completed her look with a pair of ivory platform heels, the perfect shoes to accentuate her ice-white look.

Pint-sized pop princess Sabrina Carpenter has also been one to bend the knee to the risque trend. 

The Espresso hitmaker was a vision in lemon when she attended the Dior 2027 Cruise Show.

Creative director Jonathan Anderson designed the coquettish delight, which showed off her lace bra. The blonde bombshell completed the look with a matching white lace hair bow and perfect Dior peep-toe shoes.

Youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner brood, Kylie Jenner, chose a rather striking naked dress for her appearance at this year's Met Gala.

The billionaire beauty mogul wore a custom Schiaparelli Haute Couture gown designed by Daniel Roseberry.

The nude illusion corset featured a rigid brown corset toile bustier and had a sfumato effect. The look was complete with a voluminous butter duchess satin skirt.

And the devil was certainly in the details: the dress finished with over 2,000 satin stitch balls, 10,000 natural baroque pearls, and more than 7,000 painted pearlescent fish scales.

As for her accessories, Kylie added an antique silver necklace with pearls, rhinestones, and hand-sculpted bird heads.
