Kate Garraway astounded fans on Friday morning with her incredibly toned frame, wearing a body conscious, cowl-neck lilac dress from high street store Marks & Spencer. The pastel design was made in a close-fitting material which hugged her physique to perfection and featured a sash waist belt, 3/4 length sleeves and finished just past the knee in a perfect pencil cut. No accessories were needed when wearing such a statement design - Kate simply added a pair of complimenting high heel shoes which came from Zara - and were made in a striking metallic pink. The 50-year-old wore her trademark bob in a sleek style and pristine makeup was applied to highlight her pretty features.

Once again, the mother-of-two's outfit was put together by her trusted wardrobe stylist Debbie Harper, also known as 'Debbie Dresses' on Instagram.

Kate's dress is £39.50 Marks & Spencer

The professional also turns her hands to Susanna Reid and Charlotte Hawkins on the early morning show. Debbie's style has a clear high street influence edge - nearly all the outfits she puts together for her famous clients feature brightly coloured clothes at purse- friendly prices.

At the start of April, the TV presenter delighted fans when she made a beauty boo-boo live on air! Hosting the show alongside Eamon Holmes, Kate absentmindedly touched her hair and made the discovery that she had accidentally left a roller in her mane. "I've still got a roller in my hair!" she giggled. "I wondered what was itching me."

We've definitely got that #MondayMorning feeling!"
