Ben Affleck is happily married to Jennifer Lopez but there is one thing that bothers him: the superstar actress, dancer and singer can also "eat whatever she wants".
"Let me tell you something that's gonna upset you. Jennifer just eats whatever she wants. Whatever she wants. She eats cookies, ice cream, everything," the actor shared on The Drew Barrymore Show on Friday April 21 to gasps from the host and the audience.
Jennifer is known for her washboard abs and looking much younger than her 53 years of age, but Ben quipped that although Jennifer "works out," he also works out but "I don't magically appear to be 20 years old, you know what I mean? Jennifer reportedly has two personal trainers – on different coasts, naturally – who keep her accountable and plan workout routines that fit into her hectic lifestyle, and she previously revealed that she rarely skips her workout.
"Sometimes, I work too late the night before, and I'm like: 'Ugh, I can't do this.' But I tell myself: 'Just do it. It's only an hour.' It's just talking yourself off the ledge of being a lazy bum," she told Us Weekly.
"I don’t like [working out] later; it's harder to get there when I have my day going already."
Her New York-based trainer, David Kirsch, called her workouts "fast-paced" and revealed to British Vogue that he adds plenty of lower body exercises into Jen's sessions, including something called 'the platypus walk'.
"Jennifer and I do a lot of platypus walks with a wide stance. Also known as a sumo walking squat. It’s great for your inner thighs and butt," David said.

They later enjoyed a big family wedding in Georgia in August 2022.
