Elizabeth Hurley had a special reason to celebrate on Tuesday as her only son, Damian, celebrated his milestone 21st birthday.
To mark the occasion, she shared a series of photos from her grown-up son's childhood, including plenty of beach visits, several sweet photoshoots and plenty of mum-and-son cuddle moments. One photo in particular caught attention as the 57-year-old and her young son enjoyed a moment in the pool, as the proud mum gave her son a loving hug.
The pair were in a sweet embrace, with Damian appearing to jokingly scream out as he played in the water with his mother.
In a sweet tribute to her son, Elizabeth penned: "Darling @damianhurley1, you have been my North, my South, my East and my West for 21 years. When you burst into my life, you made it better in every conceivable way.

"You are my unique, glorious son and I am so proud of you and love you with every fibre of my being. Since the day you were born I have always kept my powder dry and my lioness claws sharpened, and I always will. Familia supra omnia. Happy 21st."
Fans were surprised with where the time went, as one said: "21 where did that go? Happy Birthday," and a second added: "Happy birthday to Damian! 21 is such an age!!"
A third shared: "I envy the good relationship that I observe between you. Congratulations to both of you," while a fourth simply noted: "Adorable."
Damian made his own post for his special day, sharing an open-shirt photo where he rocked a lilac shirt alongside an acid-washed pair of trousers.
Damian and Elizabeth have a very close relationship, and on Mother's Day he shared a series of beautiful photos for the special occasion.
He posted a selfie of theirs in which their similarly radiant features were strikingly evident, paired with an adorable black and white throwback.
Elizabeth reclined across a rock formation wearing a bikini showcasing her enviable figure, gazing at the camera while a young Damian lovingly slept on her stomach wearing an oversized button-down and sandals.

"Happy Mama's Day to my best friend," he captioned his pair of photos, with Elizabeth proclaiming her love for him with a slew of heart emojis.
A fan wrote: "Nobody should be allowed to be this blessed in the genetics department. [Cheers] to beautiful humans," while another also said: "Gorgeous mum and son on mother's day."
