The team at The Oppenheim Group regularly sell houses to the rich and famous (and are currently selling John Legend and Chrissy Teigen's Beverly Hills home), and recent sales include a record $35.5million (£27.5million) Hollywood Hills mansion, along with the luxurious property that played host to Mary and Romain's wedding in season two.

This mansion hit the market for $75million

Jason Oppenheim joined forces with Davina to list this Beverly Hills estate at the jaw-dropping price of $75million (£58.1million). Set on one acre of land, it has seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a top-of-the-line chef's kitchen and modern dining and living areas.

A movie theatre, gym, wine cellar and one of the biggest private pools in Beverly Hills are among the other impressive amenities that can be found at this property, as well as a two-bedroom, two-bathroom guesthouse located within the grounds.

This Hollywood Hills estate sold for a record $35.5million

Jason was understandably thrilled when he sold this amazing Hollywood Hills estate for $35,500,000 (£27.4million) – a record sale in the area. It had originally been listed for $43,995,000 (£34million) and spans 20,000 square feet with amazing 300-degree city views.

With a 175-foot pool, a 15-foot outdoor television that's visible from every room in the house and an enormous rooftop deck, it has everything you could possibly want – and then some. Other features include a wine cellar, movie theatre, and even a spa complete with a wet and dry sauna, cold and hot water plunge pools, and massage therapy.

This five-bedroom home boasts incredible city views

Prior to the sale of the $35.5million estate, this incredible mansion in The Bird Streets neighbourhood had been the most expensive sale in the area in 2019. It has panoramic views of the city and ocean, along with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a separate guesthouse.

With a private spa, outdoor deck and an infinity pool with breath-taking city views, it's easy to see why this was snapped up.

Mary and Romain held their wedding at this beautiful mansion

Viewers of Selling Sunset will recognise this beautiful house as the venue where Mary and Romain hosted their wedding – and, ever the professional, the bride even hosted a viewing of the property on her wedding day.
