This Hollywood Hills estate sold for a record $35.5million

Jason was understandably thrilled when he sold this amazing Hollywood Hills estate for $35,500,000 (£27.4million) – a record sale in the area. It had originally been listed for $43,995,000 (£34million) and spans 20,000 square feet with amazing 300-degree city views.

With a 175-foot pool, a 15-foot outdoor television that's visible from every room in the house and an enormous rooftop deck, it has everything you could possibly want – and then some. Other features include a wine cellar, movie theatre, and even a spa complete with a wet and dry sauna, cold and hot water plunge pools, and massage therapy.

This five-bedroom home boasts incredible city views

Prior to the sale of the $35.5million estate, this incredible mansion in The Bird Streets neighbourhood had been the most expensive sale in the area in 2019. It has panoramic views of the city and ocean, along with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a separate guesthouse.

With a private spa, outdoor deck and an infinity pool with breath-taking city views, it's easy to see why this was snapped up.
