Lorraine Kelly's latest look is proof that there's a new animal print reigning supreme for AW 2026; the Bambi spot. Where leopard, zebra and tiger print have reigned supreme for years, its the coquettish allure of the fawn print that's set to dominate this season.
And Lorraine's high street shirt dress is a flattering, easy to wear take on the trend. Less brash and bold than its big cat counterparts, the Bambi print is altogether more sweeter, more subtle and all over the high street.

Usually in burgundy, brown or light brown, the print is typically a smudge-version of a polka dot, in cream or white. It was a key design in the Tory Burch AW26 collection, showcasing a similar midi dress to Lorraine's.
Lorraine's shirt dress is covered in a Bambi print, with a contrasting burgundy solid collar and cuffs.
Hers is made even more flattering with its fit and flare shape. It nips in at the waist gently, and flares out at the hips, falling to a midi hem.
The midi dress has long sleeves and concealed buttons, allowing you to wear it open at the collar or buttoned-up. The same goes for the skirt, which can be left open to create a sexy skirt slit.
It's made from viscose, so might not be the most breathable, but it does have a lining too. Available in sizes 6 - 18, there's no guidance on sizing but I'd suggest taking your usual size.
It's currently sold out at Mint Velvet, but John Lewis and Very have plent of sizes in stock. John Lewis also notes that its a popular item in their bricks and mortar stores, with 39 bought over the last week.
I love how the Mint Velvet model is styled in the dress, wearing it with a classic pair of brown knee high boots.

Mango's Bambi Shirt Dress is just £49.99, and features the all-over print. It's also a midi length, with long sleeves and a shirt collar in sizes 4 - 24.
I love M&S' casual take on the Bambi - also known as deer print. It's in sweater form, and one to wear with jeans, joggers or a smart skirt come winter. It's only £24 too, making it a much more budget-friendly way to try the trend.
