Kelly Ripa and her husband Mark Consuelos are known for going all out when it comes to the festive season, and this Halloween, the television hosts pulled out all the stops to transform their palatial New York City home.

The Live! hosts offered fans a peek inside their breathtaking five-story Upper East Side townhouse when Kelly took to Instagram to reveal a show-stopping holiday makeover.

A foyer fit for royalty

Valued at an eye-watering $27 million, Kelly and Mark’s lavish Manhattan residence features expansive proportions including the statement-making entry hall.

Framed by soaring ceilings, classical arched doorways, and gleaming polished floors, the architectural grandeur of the entryway provided the perfect canvas for Kelly’s elevated Halloween styling.

The couple, who purchased the historic 19th-century townhouse in 2013 before embarking on an extensive renovation with designer William Sofield, have created an urban sanctuary they call home.

The multi-level property spans over 9,000 square feet, boasts five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a state-of-the-art rooftop terrace offering panoramic city views, and an elevator connecting its sprawling levels. Despite its size, Kelly always manages to bring the home alive during family holidays.

"That entrance hall is pure elegance, even with spooky vibes!" wrote one admirer, while another remarked: "Forget haunted houses—this is the chicest Halloween setup in New York City."

Are they downsizing?

Despite Kelly and Mark's love for their expansive home, they have hinted at plans to downsize.

With their three children, Joaquin, Lola and Michael, having now flown the nest, the couple discussed the cost of living on their show Live!.

They revealed Kelly's nephew Sergio Ripa has been staying with them while touring with his band.

However, Sergio also invited his friends. "There were seven kids. There were only seven last night, so we're running, uh, we're running a not-for-profit hostel, a youth hostel," Mark shared.

"Should we downsize? I'm like, how can we possibly downsize? Everybody lives here all the time," added Kelly. "You should! Find someone else to sponge off," replied Mark.

However, Kelly then proceeded to shut down the idea. "No, you’re wrong," she said, "They would still live with us. They would all be in our room with us."

It is their 'forever home'

Kelly called her home her "favorite place on earth". "We’ve moved several times in our lives, but no matter where we go, for me, this is my forever home," she shared. "When I walked in here, I was like, 'This is the final place where I will live.' I love this house so much."

She continued: "I don’t want to sound morbid but they’ll have to carry me out of here feet first because I have gotten good and comfortable in this house."
