Former England footballer Paul Gascoigne has been arrested for the second time in two days.
The troubled star was taken to a police station on Monday night after becoming involved in a drunken disturbance at a hotel in Darlington.
It came less than 24 hours after he and another man were arrested at a pizza takeaway restaurant in North Yorkshire.
There, Gazza was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly in charge of a car.
"Both were subsequently released," a Durham police spokesperson has confirmed.
"No further action was taken against Mr Gascoigne and the other man accepted a fixed penalty notice for a public order offence."
