Kylie Minogue has hit out at reports about her "frozen" face.

The pop star, 43, sparked speculation after stepping out in London this week with a smooth and flawless complexion.

"So, I have been filmed out in public the last three nights and suddenly it is 'reported' I cannot move my face?????," she tweeted.

"What a load of rubbish" and "annoying".

Reports emerged after the star – complete with new brown hair – was pictured arriving at a George Michael charity dinner and concert in London.

The singer has previously admitted using Botox in the past but said she stopped, and decided to go for a more natural look.

"I stopped using it a while ago. I have lines on my face now, and that's OK," she said in an interview last year.

Kylie has also ruled out cosmetic surgery in the past, saying: "You're not yourself if you do that."
