Two men have been charged with fraud after falsely advertising a concert featuring performances from Lady Gaga and American Idol star Adam Lambert.
Fans of the two acts were left fuming after a scam led to them paying between £67 and £133 for tickets to a non-existent event in West Virginia.
Police officials say ticket sales totalled more than £11,877.
Two men have been charged with one count of obtaining money by false pretence and released on bail, reports Associated Press.
