Actor Christian Bale has treated a fan to a Disneyland outing after discovering he had leukaemia.
Four-year-old Jayden Barber, from Ohio, describes himself as "the biggest Batman fan".
Jayden's family created a Facebook page for the youngster in a bid to grant his wish to meet the real Batman.
To his delight, the little one and his family were flown to Los Angeles and treated to lunch by Christian and his family.
Jayden's mother Charlene Gillingham Barber could not have been happier with the Bales.
She said: "Christian, his wife and daughter are three of the most beautiful people we have ever met! Christian made these arrangements for us personally and ensured that we were treated like royalty.
"I do not have one negative thing to say about them. I could tell they were just as impressed with Jayden as Jayden was them."
It's not the first humanitarian act for the star.
During the aftermath of the Batman cinema shooting in Colorado, Christian visited the victims of the attack and to console the survivors.
