Tiger Woods' mum flies in for crisis talks with son

Kultida Woods, the mother of golfer Tiger, is heading to Florida to support her son with his current personal crisis.

Friends say the 65-year-old - who resides in Los Angeles - is desperately worried for her son amid various claims of his infidelity to wife Elin.

"She fears for his mental and physical health and wants him to know she is there," a source tells the Daily Mirror.

"She will be honest and will insist he faces his demons if he is to come through this in one piece."

Meanwhile, Jaimee Grubbs - one of Tiger's alleged mistresses - has apologised to the sportsman's wife.

"I couldn't describe how remorseful that I am to have hurt her family and her emotionally," the cocktail waitress says.
